The CANLETES NATIONAL & JUNIOR HOOPS SERIES represents the premium circuit to showcase top girls basketball programs from across Canada and the U.S. It will be a platform where the best female basketball players can compete against other prospective athletes at an exceedingly high level. The Series features (4) sessions on weekends, starting every October and will culminate with the Canletes National & Junior Championship tournament in March(end of the high school girls season).

SHOOT 4 A CURE BASKETBALL SHOWCASE
Canletes has teamed up with the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation to produce this event on their behalf, celebrating Breast Cancer Awareness Month, with the proceeds being donated to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation
Shoot For a Cure will feature some the top High School and Prep teams from Canada and the US, in an exhibition series of games. Over the last 12 years, this event has average 1000+ attendees to support grassroots girls basketball and our breast cancer awareness initiative

Cancer impacts thousands of people and families each year. For Canletes Director it’s personal – Kareem Griffin lost the most important person in his life to breast cancer- his mother, Oselyn Griffin. Shoot for a Cure gives us the power to make a difference and fight back. This is our opportunity to honor breast cancer survivors, remember people we have lost, and help raise funds for groundbreaking research as well as information and services for people fighting breast cancer.

Embracing the spirit of celebration, Canletes plans to showcase the exceptional skills and abilities of our brightest athletes through a captivating basketball event Black History Month.
Prepare for an electrifying girls’ basketball tournament showcasing some of the most talented high school aged student-athletes in Canada & the US.
We’ve carefully scheduled this showcase at a more convenient time to ensure that kids, parents, and the entire basketball community can attend and benefit from it. It’s a fantastic opportunity for players to display their skills and compete against formidable opponents who will push them to go the extra mile for victory.
