GROUP SALES INSTRUCTIONS
  1.  **Identification Requirement**: The group leader/purchaser must present a valid photo ID matching the name on the ticket purchase.
  2. **Confirmation Email**: The group leader should bring a copy of the confirmation email for the ticket purchase as proof of the transaction.
  3. **Last-Minute Changes**: Last minute changes refer to any adjustments or modifications to the group sales tickets, such as adding or removing tickets, changing ticket types, or updating attendee details, requested within the 5-day window before the event. (See Last Minute Changes Policy Below)
  4. **Ticket Pick-Up Location**: Group leader/purchaser will pick up group tickets from the front entrance.
  5. **Early Arrival**: Event is General Admission seating. Please arrive early to avoid potential disappointment at the door.
  6.  **Refund and Cancellation Policy**: Refunds will be provided for group sales tickets up to 10 days before the event date. (See Refund Policy Below)

Description

Policy for Last Minute Changes

  1. **Notification Window**: Any last minute changes must be communicated to admin@canletes.ca at least 5 days prior to the event date. It is recommended to provide these changes via email to ensure timely processing.
  2. **Change Request Process**: 
       – Requests for last minute changes should be submitted by the group leader, who is the purchaser of the group sales tickets.
       – The group leader must clearly outline the nature of the change, including the specific ticket details affected and the reason for the modification.
       – If there are any additional fees associated with the changes, the group leader will be notified and required to provide confirmation before the adjustments are finalized.
  3. **Approval and Confirmation**:
       – The Canletes Admin Staff will review the requested changes and assess feasibility based on availability and any applicable policies.
       – Once the changes are approved, the group leader will receive a confirmation email detailing the modifications made to the group sales tickets.
       – If the changes cannot be accommodated due to constraints such as ticket availability or event restrictions, the group leader will be informed promptly along with any alternative options, if available.
  4. **Deadline for Changes**: Last minute changes will only be accepted up to 5 days before the event date. Requests made after this deadline may not be feasible to implement due to logistical reasons.
  5. **Fee or Refund Policy**:
       – In case there are additional fees associated with the last minute changes, payment instructions will be provided in the confirmation email.
       – If the changes result in a refund due to downgrading ticket types or reducing the number of tickets, the refund process will be initiated promptly following the event, adhering to the refund policy in place.
  6. **Compliance and Agreement**:
       – By requesting last minute changes within the specified timeline, the group leader acknowledges and agrees to comply with the outlined policy for handling such modifications.
       – Any attempts to make changes outside of the designated window may not be accommodated, and the original ticket details will remain in effect.

 

Refund Policy

1. **Refund Window**: Refunds will be provided for group sales tickets up to 10 days before the event date.
2. **Refund Validity**: Refunds will only be issued for tickets that fall within the specified time frame, i.e., up to 10 days before the event.
3. **Refund Amount**: The refund amount will be the full ticket price paid by the customer, minus any non-refundable fees or charges.
4. **Refund Process**: Customers must request a refund in writing via email admin@canletes.ca, providing their booking details and reason for the refund.
5. **Refund Approval**: Refund requests will be reviewed and approved by the Canletes Administration within a reasonable time frame.
6. **Refund Method**: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
7. **Refund Timeline**: Customers can expect to receive their refunds within 7-14 business days of the refund approval.
8. **Non-Transferable**: Refunds are non-transferable and can only be issued to the original purchaser of the tickets.
9. **Refund Exceptions**: Refunds may not be provided for tickets that are part of a special promotion, package deal, or if explicitly stated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
10. **Policy Acknowledgment**: By purchasing group sales tickets, customers agree to adhere to the refund policy terms and conditions stated above.
